Misdemeanor

A misdemeanor is a crime where the maximum sentence is less than one year in a local jail. The process is less formal and cases are resolved more quickly. We will get you the best deal possible, or fight the charges if you prefer. Our retainer fee for most Misdemeanor is usually $1000 - $2000. A payment plan is available in most cases.

Felony

A felony is a serious crime where the sentence can be more than one year in state prison. Convicted felons face many other consequences. The defendant will have to appear in court several times.

Our minimum fee in most Felony charges is approximately $3,000. Most cases are resolved within the initial fee. As indicated in our retainer agreement, additional fees may become due, depending on the amount of time spent your matter. For more serious felonies, the up-front initial fee may be higher. A payment plan can be established during your free consultation.
