Traffic Infractions

Most traffic infractions are eventually reduced or dismissed. In most cases, after consulting with us on the phone or in our office, we will mail or fax an "Affidavit of Appearance" to you for your signature. This affidavit will allow Michael A. Fakhoury to appear on your behalf (without your appearance) and negotiate a plea agreement. Once your plea is entered, we will contact you to advise you if your matter was dismissed or if a fine is due to the Court.

In most traffic infractions (speeding, failing to stop, etc...) we charge a legal fee of under $500. The fee depends on the location of the Court and the amount of tickets issued. Again, initial phone or office consultations are free and we encourage you to contact this office for additional information.
